Page Six drops today that Scott Sartiano and Richi Akiva, heretofore known as Akiviano have bought the old Nell's, ahem Plumm space on 14th:
"IT didn't take long for the space that housed shuttered nightclub The Plumm to be snapped up. Partners Scott Sartiano and Richie Akiva -- who own 1Oak on West 17th Street and Butter on Lafayette -- are taking over the 246 W. 14th St. venue. A source tells us, "Scott and Richie bought the space but don't know yet what they want to do with it. They still have to finalize some details before the deal is complete, but they love the neighborhood." Before The Plumm, the address housed famed Nell's from 1986-2004."
Already feeling the heat from the new Avenue on the 1Oak block? We're calling for the boys to go Minetta on that ass and bring back a meticulously renovated Nell's. Uncle Stevie can design.

Is The iRS, 2 lawsuits, under-age tickets, not having a Cabaret in ANY of the spaces the have now, not slowing them down? How do they do it? deal with the devil? When the fall comes..... It will be mighty.

I think avenue is kinda lame and boring... 1oak has gone down hill from when it first opened though.
I dont want to like Richie because hes not a friendly dude to me but I cant hate on his success. The little guy did it. Let him be. With all these promoters and owners not paying (Bijoux, Griffin, etc..) and selling out to disgusting crowds....Let Richie live. I heard Avenue sux...havnt been but Dj's dont like the booths and clients claim its uncomfortable.....cant hate Noah either though. Dudes set for life.

If anyone had a doubt- Butter monday is D E A D. Last night was it's sad whimper of a death knell.
Put it out of it's misery please! When you have Ritchie walking around screaming "this is fucking it! This place is fucking over! " maybe..... Just maybe..... The staff might want to take the subtle hint and search now before it is too late. Prediction- 3 months after Monday's are down, the place shuts it's doors.
Even the B&T crowd will think twice of dinner with no show.....
In saying that- they will open the New "plumm" maybe called "Chez scott get's away with not going to jail but the IRS is still watching his every move" and they will do well. They do what they do... great. It's always when you over-reach when the people don't have the guts to tell the Emperor he has no clothes.
Oh- how does Jefffffffrey Jaugh (silent ug) still get paid- The Inn was SO fab....
