Setting the Table for Finger on the Pulse

New location, new menu. The folks from Finger on the Pulse are throwing the second of their summer party series and have passed along the menu for tomorrow's shimmy. We would love to share it with you too.
Main Courses:
- North Carolina Style Pulled Pork and Burnt Ends
- Espresso Pastrami
- Mole Braised shredded duck

Grilled peach halves with spiced chèvre caramelized shallots
Sides:
- Sesame Noodle Salad
- Black Eyed Pea Succotash
- Collard Greens

Cole Slaw
Dessert:
- Banana coconut cornbread topped with peach compote and whipped cream
The first one was a great night of music and fun, so we highly recommend checking out the second edition.
